Today we at Stratagem would like to say farewell and thank you to our Nelson Mandela.  You set our minds free and liberated this country’s people. 

I hope that our future leaders will always carry your flame of leadership, steadfast morals, and infinite humility.

DANGOTE FLOUR MILLS RECEIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES WORKSHOP

Keith returned today from a 2 and a half week stint in Lagos, Nigeria after training over 80 employees of Dangote Flour Mills, a subsidiary of Tiger Brands.  The finance department of Dangote Flour Mills attended a 3-day Financial Services Workshop where Keith took them through the highly customised programme with great success. 

The delegates all responded with great enthusiasm to the content of the workshop and we at Stratagem are proud to be part the growth and development of Dangote Flour Mills and Tiger Brands.

Stratagem Sponsors a Hole at Golf Day

On Friday 12 July Stratagem was invited to sponsor a hole at the Services Golf Club for Discovery's Financial Consultants' clients.  Being a first for Stratagem we were not sure what to expect however it proved to be a great success.  Not only was it a terrific networking opportunity it was also a great day in the sun on the beautiful golf course.

Stratagem Welcomes Samantha Bosch to the Team!

Joining our ranks as of the 1st July is the lovely Samantha Bosch.  Sam will be taking charge of the switchboard, compiling the training manuals as well as the daunting task of office administration which few have the talent to tackle with such confidence.

To all our clients who have already experienced Sam's sunny disposition, I'm sure you will agree that she fits in well here.  If you have yet to, feel free to give us a call, even if it's just for a chat, or to welcome to Sam to the Stratagem team.

Retail Management Finance @Massbuild

Retail Management Finance, a Services SETA accredited finance programme designed for the retail sector was recently facilitated by Ilse Ter Morshuizen of Stratagem Training Services at Massbuild.

Vodacom Graduates receive LifeWise Plus training

Vodacom has always shown what it means to take care of their staff.  Nothing displays this quality more than their efforts to educate their newest employees on the workings of personal finance.

Over the last 2 weeks Dan and Keith from Stratagem saw 55 young graduates through the personal finance programme LifeWise Plus.  The programme was a massive hit, with all the delegates leaving feeling confident to embrace their independance and control their personal financial destiny.

Stratagem Trains at the The IDC

A recent competition hosted at the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), in partnership with the Black Management Forum (BMF) and the Small Enterprise Funding Agency (SEFA), saw 50 entrepreneurs from the Soweto area being trained by Keith and Ilse in a five day Finance and Management for Entrepreneurs programme.

The course has so far been an astounding success and the delegates have all flourished under the tuition and guidance of Keith and Ilse.

On the week of the 8th of February we begin the second stage of our project where the delegates will undergo two days of Sales and Marketing training run by Nadine Walsh, two days of intensive finance training and Kolbe assessments with feedback run by Keith ending off with Personal Leadership and Motivation run by Dan Garden.

We look forward to seeing all of these highly capable entrepreneurs succeed to the best of their abilities.
